30 Day Returns
At Bathshack, we want to make your shopping experience as enjoyable as possible. Our 30 day returns policy gives you time to change your mind after receipt of your order. In the unlikely event that you wish to return your order please follow the returns at the bottom of this page.

When receiving an order, it is the recipient’s responsibility to thoroughly check goods for any damage. If an item or the packaging appears to be damaged at the point of delivery, please note this on the delivery docket with the driver present and follow the steps on this page to get your issue resolved

If an item appears to have developed a fault after installation, please follow the steps on this page to get your issue resolved.

 

Returns Policy
- Only goods in original packaging in a resalable condition will be considered for returns
- Special order items or items made to the customer's specifications cannot be returned
- We do not accept returns on any consumables (adhesives, grouts, silicones etc)
- Returns will only be accepted within 30 Days of Delivery
- You must contact us to obtain a completed returns form before returning an item

 

Returns Process

Before requesting a return, please check that your return falls within our return policy

1) Request your return by using this form. Please ensure you upload photos showing that the item(s) you wish to return are in resaleable condition. If any items have been opened, please upload photographs of the item itself and a photograph of the packaging resealed with clear tape.

2) Our Customer Support team will create a return order for you and send you a RAN (Returns Authorisation) form, which will list the item(s) you wish to return.

3) Please print this RAN form & attach a copy to each item you wish to return. This ensures your return is processed quickly when it is returned to our distribution centre. If you do not attach a copy of the RAN form to an item you have returned, this may hinder or delay your return being processed. Please affix the RAN form to your item(s) with CLEAR TAPE ONLY.

4) All items must be returned in original packaging and must be fit for resale. Any items returned which are not resaleable will be rejected. It is your responsibility to return items in good condition and to ensure they are suitably packaged to avoid damage in transit. Bathshack do not offer a collection service. We recommend that you use a tracked delivery service with a reputable courier as we cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in post.

Please note

Once we have received your return, it will be inspected by our returns team within 14 days. Once approved, our team will be in touch to arrange an exchange or issue store credit for use against a future order.
